This was not a champion ship caliber fight. The WBC has got to be .

...and you've answered my question with a question. You've also leapt to a completely false assumption and in your post, have done nothing more than offer a mild and thinly veiled personal insult, that relieves you the necessity to actually offer any worthwhile content.

My post was merely a quick question; your post however, is genuinely founded on ignorance.

It makes no differnce who the title was won against.I've never heard that excuse before!!

And this has nothing to do with Hop v Froch or Pavilk v Froch. It's Taylor v Froch and it's always been clear Taylor doesn't fancy it. Froch may look clumsy but he hits like a mule and has a granite chin. Taylor is on the way out and he knows it. A loss against Froch would finish him for good. And $1-6m is pretty good money if it was going to as easy as you think it would. Taylor clearly doesn't share your confidence and will look for easier fights to cash in on his name beacuse he's one more loss away from no one being interested any more

After watching Margo/Mosley the other night, it's clearer than ever that DiBella and Taylor should do what it takes to make this fight happen. With a similar game plan, JT could probably do to Froch what Mosley did to Margarito.

I agree with what Hermit has been saying for a while now... that Froch could very conceivably be Taylor's first KO victory in four years.

    Stop being thick.

If Taylor was scared of Froch, they wouldn't have even made him an offer. But they offered him the biggest purse of his career to fight in front of an American audience on American television and his promoter turned it down.

No. Your "question" was clearly an opinion displaying your ignorance of both fighters aimed at disrespecting the abilities of both Taylor and Pavlik. It was a statement and putting a question mark at the end doesn't change it. I'm sorry if you saw this as "mild and thinly veiled personal insult". It was meant to be stronger. Look at your comments in what you accuse ME of and then look in the mirror. :rofl

I stand by my comment 100%. It is up to you to back up your idiotic "robot" statement when using it in reference to the undisputed linear middle weight champion. Both guys held that title. If you truly seek a little enlightenment, it is available here to those that don't come in acting like dumb asses.

It is probably NOT as good as he will make keeping his Showtime date.

Would he have to give up the date to take the fight.

If he takes the fight on Hennessy's terms, then yes - they want the fight sometime in April, in the UK. There is no guarantee at this point that Showtime would be able to offer Taylor a date in April. Nor is Showtime keen on airing the fight live in the afternoon or via tape delay.

Didnt know they wanted it in April. Makes a bit more sense now.

If it went ahead in the UK, they would just do what the did for Calzaghe-Lacy, wouldnt they?. 2.00AM start time. 9.00PM EST

Froch has been claiming that he would fight anytime and is not injured, but he has said he won't take the March 28 date.
