Kessler is gonna knock that gift-decision getting HBO hype job out. This should be the end of the Taylor fraud.
Taylor fought great and won the fight 7-5 in my opinion. Shame a lot of other people don't score fights like I do. It may be a good little win for Kelly right now but it's bad in other ways... Taylor made Pavlik look clumsy and uncomfortable, and in doing so he made obvious a lot of mistakes in his boxing that other, more skilled fighters can easily take advantage of and give him a major boxing lesson. Pavlik is a pretty tough cookie, though. Gotta give him that.
Anyone with an idea of how much money Taylor has made so far? With his resume I can imagine he must look pretty good on the financial side. Trying to figure out how realistic the match-up is from a financial point of view. And how will the Americans promote Kessler? Have him strip like he did at the weigh-in in Cardiff:huh
Pavlik was more cautious because in the middle rounds using his double jab was getting him hit. This according to Pavlik. Credit Taylor for making the adjustment, debit Pavlik for taking to long too figure out a different approach.
My man JT simply needs to take a break. He's taken on so many "elite" fighters in a row it's not even funny.
Ouma... Spinks... Pavlik... Pavlik... 4 non-elite fights in a row, Kessler will be the first elite in a good while if this fight happens and the results will show the difference after Kessler wins every round and puts him away mid rounds somewhere.
Please elaborate, what does 'options' mean? Will he sign Kessler if he wins as part of the contract? Is this normal? I think it could actually be an advantage for Kessler, Palle is getting old and i just don't his daughter negotiating the big fights like he vould.
And if he connects cleanly either to the head or body he can hurt you....he also has pretty good endurance....I'd be surprised if you thought Taylor won rounds 11 and 12....
