I dont know. I dont know much about Froch. But you seem to think he took the easier fight. So it is obvious you know more about Froch than i do. So he may have taken the easier fight but, all im saying is he is not afraid of Froch.

It may be a better fight but will it make more money? I dont think so because not many people here know of Froch. So i could see why they take the Lacy fight not because he is ducking him.

 

Could Taylor fight Pascal for that Vacant belt.

 

if you've read the interviews, DiBella's pretty much said it's a financial move saying ... "who the Froch is Froch?"

keep in mind that boxing is not only a sport but a business, if HBO or Showtime didn't want Froch/Taylor, why would DiBella take it?

Taylor will run through Lacy, then go for Froch most likely.

Pascal on the other hand, could face Froch, because he isn't really tied down to any fights at the moment (at least what I've viewed)

Because people know who Lacy is, and a fight against a shot Lacy makes twice as much money as a fight against Froch.

and Froch and Taylor are ranked #1 and #2.

so unless Taylor fights Kessler, Bute or Froch he won't be fighting for any kind of title.

 

Terrible fight, I wanted to see Taylor in a real fight against Froch, but if he needs a gimme so be it...

Whether its the beating he got, the mental disintegration, the shoulder injury, take your pick he's done at the top level. He was never great to begin with, but he's another level of shite now. He could have competed with Taylor pre-Calzaghe.

He's so ****ing slow and one dimensional, and his left-hook ain't even good anymore. He makes Pavlik look like Willie Pep.
