It's not gonna be a brawl ala Miranda/Pavlik. Taylor cannot do an inside fighting. Expect it to be exchanges of power shots from mid to long distance. Once Pavlik comes in, Taylor will tie him up and let the ref separate them.

Smart fight is the name of the game. :yep

Are you hating, or are you simply that stupid? How do you expect Taylor to hold everytime Pavlik swings, Pavlik throws 90 - 100 punches a round, he will connect, and when he does, it's good night Jermain.

       :-(

Shut up noob and read the logical exhanges of views and learn. :yep Did I say Taylor will hold everytime Pavlik swings? What I said is that Taylor is gonna tie him up if he comes close to do an in fighting. Do u realize the difference between what I'm saying and what you're saying?

Your worthless piece of opinion is annoying and it doesn'r deserve any answer or explanation. You don't know what you're talking about boii.

Now I won't ask anymore, I know for sure that you're stupid. :hey

Damn, reading all this PROSE!!!:happy  It's spirited.

This match up WILL/IS inspire/INSPRING the masses!!!! Its good for Boxing and great for the winner:good

Now, I'm rooting for Pavlik, have friends in Y town that have been on him since the beginning. I'm hoping that we see the BEST PAVLIK YET!!! He's gonna NEED IT:bbb Pavlik is a magnificent PUNCHER at 60, his frame, build, reach, and power are top of the line. He wants war and being able to POSITION himself there is gonna be the SHINING ACHIEVEMENT he's always WANTED.

ALL the dis-respect Taylor gets??? ABSURD!!!!! Name ANYONE WHO'S FOUGHT BETTER OPPOSITION IN THEIR LAST 5+1 Fights????????
AINT HAPPENING!!!:D I saw Taylor out-box Hopkins twice and had the heart to SURVIVE THE LATE HOPKINS RALLY in the first encounter:cool: I picked Hop's TWICE and so thought that the X-OCution was imminent for a minute late in the first fight.:good But The 12th bell RANG and when you give away or CANT TAKE the first 7 to 8 rounds of a fight??? It was an uphill climb that fell just SHORT. The 2nd more of the same. Wright?? VERY CLOSE, EITHER WAY type fight, with or without a DRAW, a REMATCH SHOULD HAPPEN. Ouma won maybe two rounds, Spinks 3 or 4 rounds for generosity sake as Cory has a much business at 60 as Floyd does:lol: , and is taking ON a true, hungry, championship minded, PRIME, MURDEROUS PUNCHING MIDDLEWEIGHT, and #1 Contender???
PRICELESS!! That's A CHAMPIONSHIP MENTALITY and You gotta respect that alone. I see the public Dislike for Taylor actually swinging in Pavlik's favor. many are predicting, warming to, loving him. and when/IF he wins??? He'll have the notoriety and the position to get a BIG MONEY/ HUGE RESPECT MATCHUP. Which might still work in reverse as well, THE HATRED of Taylor might reach LSD DELUSION stage:lol:

I'm going with Pavlik, I respect Taylor and appreciate the way he defended THE CROWN. Taylor will come to out box him and they have a familiarity from the amateurs. I'm taking Pavlik Late KO as I think Kelly will be PREPARED TO BRING THE PAIN FOR 12 BUT WITH IN NO INTENTIONS OF GOING THERE!!!!

Whoever comes out ON TOP?? Is a VERY LARGE PLAYER, in line for a mega-fight with a Calzaghe vs Kessler or Hopkins vs Wright Winner. These are the type of fights that keep the sport ALIVE and WELL:yep

I never said his choice of opponents makes him a *****, I said he runs his mouth about what he's going to do , then he fights like a ***** cat. Also, I never compared his mouth to the always boisterous Miranda and PBF. I am reading the logical exchanges and views and I haven't learned anything from your "insight". So take your ****in attitude somewhere else psychobitch.

"Taylor might pull off the win IF he stays away from Pavlik as much as possible and can manage to keep Kelly from landing many flush shots."

I know your picking Pavlik & so am I. But to speculate on how Taylor could possibly win like you stated above is...

    IMPOSSIBLE!!! Never happen.

I'm a Pavlik fan since he's a hometown fighter, but I think it would be in everyone's best interest to not underrate Taylor because of his recent string of performances. He's gone out of his way to fight very slick, difficult boxers. He's looked like hell against them and maybe even arguably lost one or two, but Pavlik is a totally different style of fighter than those other guys. I think that Taylor is a stupid fighter without much sense, but this isn't going to be a fight that requires a lot of ring smarts. Taylor is a very capable boxer and it's his exceptional fundamentals that will make this fight either competitive or in Taylor's favor.

I welcome Pavlik to prove me wrong and bring the title back home. I'll be here to celebrate him.

Thank you for mentioning this, notice how Taylor has trouble with guys who have good defense such as a technician like B-Hop, Winkys peek-a-boo defense, and Spinks hit and run..but the one recent guy who didn't run away was Kassim Ouma and JT easily beat the guy (if you think otherwise, just leave the forum) You can't look at Taylor's performance against Spinks and say, "Oh, there's no way he can beat Pavlik!" Two complete different fighters. Pavlik may beat Taylor, but if either fighter is going to get blown out, better chance it is Pavlik.

This is going to be a good fight ..If Taylor underestimates Pavlik he will get knocked out ..Its going to be a technical match up ..The fighter who can smother the other guys power and controll it wins ..Both guys have reach and both guys are jabbers ..It has to be won on the inside .

jermain has been saying that since the hopkins 2 fight.is only fun fight to watch was the fight with winky and thats cause winky took it to him.other then that i think he will try to slug with kelly when he gets cracked and kelly is gone ko him.now if he boxes and runs or box wich ever you call it then he could win a ud or a late stoppage.but i think he gone start off boxing and kelly will keep close to him and make jt feel like he has to fight and then it will be on from there.i think it will be a good fight for how ever long it last.

Yeah that's right shithead you're not comparing Taylor to PBF and Miranda which only shows you're nothing but another Taylor hater. :yep Why don't you jump on Miranda's nuts or James Toney's nuts for talking so much **** and then losing in a humilating way? Huh? Can't bust PBF because despite of the craps and bull**** the guy is winning. But you're talking as if Taylor has no right to say what he wants to say. Got my point noob?

His choice of opponents won't make him a *****. :-( Bhops x2, Winky (then refused a rematch), Ouma, Spinks and now Pavlik? Thus fighting this fighter all within the top five makes him a *****? :huh

Yeah you'll never learn anything if you can't separate the bullshits and the hating from reality . . . son.

    :hi:
