As long as Taylor keeps dropping that left when hes fighting professional fighters and not his sparring buddies, he will lose from here on out. He has badly been exposed of that flaw and professional fighters will feed off of it. Case in point--Pavlik.

why is it so unreasonable to think that taylor can beat pavlik? he had pavlik doing the zab dance in the 2nd. taylor is no massive hitter, so what does that say about pavliks chin? :hey

pavlik is favourite, but it would be foolish to completely right jermaine off.

i just hope we see kessler-pavlik in the future, kelly would be calling mikkel daddy by the time the viking warrior had finished with him :yep

    Why is this funny ?

You realize that Taylor nearly knocked him out in the second round last time ?

like ive said before on here, pavlik was hurt before he stuck his tongue out, thats why he stuck his tongue out, he was hurt. he didnt drop his hands like nate campbell did against robbie peden.

is that why pavlik was stumbling all over the ring like a drunk in glasgow town centre on a saturday night? taylor couldn't get him out of there because his finishing was sloppy, he should have contained himself and picked his shots. once the round was over pavlik struggled to find his back to his corner.

You make a good point Taylor threw everything and got nothing. It sounds like your saying Taylor should've fought as intelligent as Pavlik did. He did'nt and won't. One of the other reasons Taylor will lose. He's a stupid fighter. It's no secret that when Taylor actually listens he does better. I wish I had a tally of every time I've heard "Jermain you've gotta start keeping that left hand up!" but he wont because he's a ****ing conundrum:good

totally agree with this, he's not much of a thinking fighter.

but i just think with pavliks leaky defence, and somewhat questionable chin, it would be foolish to completely right taylor off. i've got this 80-20 is pavliks favour.

could've, should've, would've, does it matter? Taylor got KTFO!!! Pavlik did get caught clean and stunned before he stuck his tongue out, but he went down AFTER he dropped his hands and stuck out his chin. He was up before two. Taylor did a shitty job at trying to get him out of there, but he did land some clean shots in between clinches. Bottom line, Pavlik stayed up, JT got KO'd. Same results next time..

I don't think Taylor has the disposition to come back and win. Most especially after they way he suffered his first loss. Like I said in the first fight, Taylor will feel he has something to prove again, and he will fight recklessly. This is boxing so everybody has a one punch chance. So no, you can't write him off.
