Personally I think he is a huge rat. I get a promoter by definition will be a liar etc. But the way he fingers the British public and acts like he is their best mate fries me
Not sure, but it looked alot more than 1400 in the arena and they went were making some noise for her.
Yeha 1400 wasn't literal it was a tounge in cheek comment but it will struggle to sell 5 figures imo.
It will if in the arena in Newcastle as it only holds 9000. I think with a good undercard in the right venue, with the Sky machine behind it, it can do 5 figures no problem.
I know she did. But I think there is a contract in place, if so I am not sure if she has such a veto or not.
Well you can say what you want about the ticket sales but i have just watched the BBC news and they had a story about this.Boxing on the BBC never gets a mention not even Fury. This is a great fight and i just don`t care about the haters
Taylor feature just been on BBC news , including clip of Frazier/Ali and the low key Steve Bunce. What with providing this 2 minute item and the Ali documentary we boxing fans are getting great value for the Beeb’s compulsory annual compulsory tax.
It's nothing to do with haters. It's entirely possible for a fight to be a mainstream story, because of the participants and the fact it's a headline women's event - and still be a low-level boxing event with very little paying attention. The kind of thing people might look up on Ceefax the next morning, 30 years ago, rather than stay up overnight listening to the radio. If it was on free TV people would watch it out of curiosity the same way they pretend to care about athletics every 4 years at the Olympics.
That is your opinion but why all the hate? Yes Eddie is going over board but its a great fight if your not interested don`t watch
