"I will always let a white boy beat me!" :think

I know he's tried his best to escape from Hopkins' shadow and do things his own way, but I don't know if he's picking the right area to differentiate himself in.

I see it going to a close decision or possibly draw.

Bute is a boxer, but his skills are superior to Taylor's and he's the bigger man.

Taylor generally folds under aggression though, so it's possible that Taylor could win this if he presses the fight, but it's unlikely because Bute is a decent counterpuncher.

If Froch made Taylor tenative, Bute would likely do the same, but how hard does Bute hit?

It's hard to see Taylor winning this fight unless he lands some hard shots and bundles of flashy combinations, but aside from a few moments, this looks like Bute's fight.

    Are there talks about this?

    Bute.

I think he's just as good of a boxer as Taylor. Except he has beaten better opponents at this weight.

Bute is quite unorthodox at times although his fundamentals are decent, that southpaw style is to his advantage. Whereas Taylor is very orthodox and has an amateur type style that is easily imitated in the gym. So I see Bute having more of an element of surprise.

When you talk about stamina, Taylor gassed from Froch not even hitting him. He blocked most of Froch's shots and was still gassed. Quite different to having Andrade throwing hundreds of punches, round by round, never a moments rest.

I think it would be close for 8 rounds with Bute pulling away. Doubt he'd force a stoppage, he's not got much killer in him.

That'S what I don't get. What is the Ko percentage of Bute? 79.17% Taylor? 53.13%

Bute is 6'2, Taylor is 6'1. Bute has always been at SMW. Taylor has two fights and one loss at 168.

Why do People think Taylor is the Terminator? I don't get it.

Bute beats Taylor by KO inside 9.

Taylor stamina problem are not only a result of punch accumulation, its more energy management problem, Taylor punch himself out. Bute surely punch harder than Winky Wright and Taylor was tottaly gased out in this fight. Taylor even managed to look like **** vs Ouma, and Bute is much better and much more dangerous.

Bute is enough of a puncher at the weight to make Taylor uncomfortable and get gassed.
If Lacy could have gotten off he would have done the same.

I think Taylor would be in a tough one; Bute is as skilled a boxer, uses the ring and counters well. Can handle pressure also.
So, I'd pick Bute by UD or even late stoppage.:bbb

Bute was coming from a hand injury and was wearing the biggest Winning gloves to protect his hand. Plus, Tatevosyan ran away all fight. Reading boxrec is not enough to have a well informed opinion. Since he wears Reyes gloves, Bute has 3 out of his last 4 wins by KO. He hits hard enough to ko Taylor. I'm not saying it would happen necessarily but it sure could happen.

HAHAHAHAH Good one, plus, left aside Froch, Sergey has never been knocked out, its a tough sob. The big 168lbs Froch has taken a whole 12 rounds (and was behing on pts) to knock a guy who was destroyed in 7 by a 160lbs Pavlik.
We can go like this a long time, so, CITYOFGOD, you can go on and play this game, but each time you will be owned.
