Let's see everyone's predictions for the great fight this Saturday, try and take your emotions out of the equation and just look at the fighters.
For me Ohara Davies wins by stoppage, he's better and hits harder than people give him credit for. Everyone says taylor has this great amateur pedigree but he hasn't won a major medal in the games that he has qualified for.

Can't wait for this one, I got OD on points, I rate both guys as great prospects with the potential to win world titles but I feel like OD will be too awkward for Taylor, especially with those long arms.

yeah OD on points good shout just hope he don't get robbed being the away fighter as it could be a close one, but fancy late stoppage for OD. Taylor hasn't boxed a former world champion like OD has, although derry matthews may have been 'shot' ohara delt with him a lot more convincing than terry flannagen did.

I want OD to win but I think Taylor will prevail.

    Hoping for OD KO.

Think it could be similar to the Saunders-Eubank fight in that JT outworks and out-hussles OD and OD gets to work a bit too late.

I fancy OD to score a KD and it would depend on JT's chin whether he can take it.

I still back OD by stoppage but I wouldn't be surprised at JT on points.

Taylor late stoppage i think. Think he will just be a step ahead of OD on the night, looks the classier imo.
Think OD will know he is behind on the cards and go for broke late to get Taylor out and Taylor will catch him coming forward and stop him.
Hope im right although its razor close and OD is a big step up for him, should be a great fight.

    Taylor UD or late stoppage.

Not taking anything away from OD as I rate him, just think Taylor will be that little bit sharper and will come out of the blocks quicker., think Davies will struggle to figure him out to start with.

Taylor UD or late TKO. Davies is good at one or two things, Taylor is good at many things and more adaptable. OD hype train in going overboard, and by some way.

Great fight though. Credit to both for taking it.

Taylor! Too much class but needs to box and not get into a scrap due to ODs power. Looking forward to it

Taylor UD for me. Davies seems decent enough but I don't see that 'extra' in him which I see in Taylor. He just looks the better technician and the bigger guy. Not sure if the lack of promotion from OD/Hearn is being callous as it isn't their show or because this is a cash out...

no way it is a cash out in his 16th fight, hearn ain't gonna talk the fight up cos he doesn't need to. OD is getting a guaranteed six figures£ regardless of how many people buy tickets and watch it. It's great business. Go on terrestrial TV, get the win and get paid 6 figures then come back on sky cards with a great win on the record and his profile boosted a little.

How does OD win in you're opinion? Too fast, too physical, to accurate? How do you see it playing out?

I think Taylors going to stop OD mid to late but it wouldn't surprise me if he just goes in and destroys OD inside 3 rounds. Taylor isn't just better technically, hes also athletically sharper, posseses more ring smarts and is the bigger of the two. If Taylor has a good chin then Davies has no chance in hell of beating him.

I think too powerful and accurate. Against matthews he landed a lot early and hurt him and it was finished. Taylor may be a bit quicker but i see OD just beating him to the punch early on and will eventually hurt him with something big. OD is strong as well. What about you?
