Yeh i'm not sure how he is overated when no one really rates him But he has talent and has earnt his shot the proper way and has a good belt...this is a real oppurtunity for him, and i'm sure he will come to fight :good
Fair enough. Let's just hope it gets signed. I really have no dog in this fight. I came to respect Taylor as an individual after the second Pavlik fight and have watched him in that fight several times. I have said repeatedly, I have only seen Froch once, but that is enough to know if he has the ability to be more disciplined as a fighter, he needs to bring that to the fight or become the first guy Taylor stops in a long time. Taylor is still a bit of a question mark. I think he was a little too close to Lacy to show his full arsenel. Taylor got the money he wanted and it was probably a decent payday for Lacy at this stage of his carreer. I think Taylor went in with the idea of winning a boxing match, not a fight. IF, and this is a big IF, Taylor comes to fight and is hungry, Froch could be in serious trouble. That is my take anyhow.
Froch's chin hasn't been tested ... he hasn't fought any world class competition as of yet and we will find out what he's made of if/when he fights Taylor --
Abso-****ing-lutely. DiBella may be an absolute ***** at the negotiating table, but Jermain Taylor fears no one. His resume' speaks for itself.
Taylor UD....Taylor can control Froch with his jab and basically 1-2 his way to victory like he did to Lacy....Froch seems like a better counterpuncher than aggressor....
Hopkins X 2 Winky (offered Winky a rematch) Pavlik X 2 (would have been justified in side stepping the rematch, but freaking DEMANDED it) JT ducks no one.
