Bad intentions vs Maravilla. I always
    felt Jermain was something special
at 160. Ive got Taylor winning a
Late stoppage or razor Thin UD.
    Thoughts?

Taylor was NEVER anything special, and Martinez would have stopped him late.

No love for Taylor huh? I disagree, I believe
At his peak at 160a he had the speed, heart,
and desire to give many problems. This
Man handed Hopkins his first loss in
almost ten years. I do believe Hopkins won
the second fight though. Cmon though
Martinez vs Taylor, nobody finds this
    matchup interesting? I think Taylor
would have tkoed JR in 10.

Taylor was given fits by Kassim Ouma, got a bull**** draw with Wright, and arguably to Spinks.

    Taylor SUCKED against southpaws.

Taylor was also dumb as a rock, and had **** stamina.

He gives Martinez a good fight, but Martinez would wear him down and eventually Taylor would be unable to stop the left hands.

Taylor overall was better than Junior, but he did NOT have Junior's chin.

    Martinez TKO 10.

Maravilla would box circles around Taylor. Probably a late stoppage, both common themes of their careers.

I never awarded JT more than a draw against B-hop, dude was never an elite talent IMO. Just good.

Martinez late KO 11 after being down and almsot out early in the fight. Taylor is a good fighter but he would have to finish Martinez early for him to win imo, and I dont think he does it, so I think Martinez overtakes him late and stops him in the championship rounds. I wouldnt put a win past him though he was a big, strong, powerful guy.

Martinez would never lose to any middleweight ever, haven't you heard? He's modern, which means he's untouchable.
