Since nobody has ever had the stones and skills to mix it up with triple G we haven't had to see him move backwards much.

Canelo took a lot from his beating from Floyd, including a check hook, step back ability to mix up his jab amongst other things.

All three of those things will benefit Canelo a lot, as will triple g's aggression.

Canelo gassing out is what allowed GGG to jab his way to a win. It was not GGG totally outboxing Canelo.

So, IF Canelo does what he needs to do to up his tank, he could definitely threaten GGG with a KO late in the fight.

 

Not an easy fight for either guy .
