    I am so freaking excited! The best Ever, Bernard Hopkins, signed at his advanced age to fight the most dangerous man in the division, in an attempt to unify 3 titles! This is coming off him beating a 20 yr younger man in a one sided fashion earlier to unify the 2 belts.

    I agree.

    At one point, he was even considering fighting David Haye.

    I'm glad he didn't take that fight.

    But this fight is also very dangerous considering Hopkins' age.

    Hopkins is not contracted to a network.

    Being contracted to a network just gives fighters an excuse to duck fighters.

    That's what Mayweather does...LIKE A LIL *****!!!!!!!!

    Much props to Hopkins and glad to see him side with Golden Boy over Al Haymon's hideaway club.

    Tough fight does Hopkins put on another masterclass or does the Krusher's physical style and power catch up to him.

    If BHOP really signs to fight The Krusher then yeah, thread title appropriate. BHOP having the skills and stones to compete with the best at 49, even breaking cold war/network politics to do it.. nothing short of amazing.

    Lots of people think Kovalev is all wrong for him. That drive to not only make money, but prove the peanut gallery wrong is what separates the ATG Boxing Immortals from the marketing machines who might happen to have become top PPV draws.
