    Higa, even though he's not a natural at this weight, he's being forced to fight this high, because he missed weight a few years back. It's a pity only the Japanese implement this ruling, we should do it here. Anyway.... while he looked like hell in his last fight, it was a slugfest against a guy that beat him twice in the amateurs. So he should have enough to take out the fairly weak chinned Strong Kobayashi.
