To be honest he'd be better off staying at 126 for as long as possible. Some good fights could be had with guys there and guys moving up to that weight.

 

No complaint about the stoppage. Carballo was eating to many punches. He didn't seem hurt but he was also not winning this fight. He needed a KO and it wasn't going to happen. No need for more head shot he was eating

 

fell asleep there but I did catch the finish and from the way they're talking it sounds like there wasn't a whole lot different happening from the first two rounds.

he was not answering. At the moment of the stoppage just he threw a punch, but it was ages since he answered ford's agression attacking/defending properly.

I would have prefered the classic "show me something or I stop the fight" from the referee. But well.... not the worst stoppage you can see.
