Again. you miss the part about the art of boxing. Martin put on a clinic and got robbed. Plain as day Kemosabe.

Call Andre Dirrell by his real name, Andre Gazelle. Okay, I stole that from Dougie Fischer but I always thought that was the best slam on a boxer's name :D

I thought it was a close fight that exposed Lopez as a one dimensional fighter.

Lopez is like a poor man's RJJ. Depends almost exclusively on talent.

The reason he lost to Kambosos and almost lost tonight is because all he uses is his superior athleticism, but it's not always going to be enough to win fights as has been proven already.

Teofimo showing once again that he’s not the fighter that he’s hyped up to be. A limited boxer who solely relies on his power and athleticism and nothing more.

Pretty dull affair overall. Thought Martin nicked it. Teo seriously needs a new trainer. All that talent being wasted.

Compubox results came a bit ago. Martin didn't throw more than 28 punches a round till the last round. You just aren't going to get the nod throwing that few punches. Even checking someone likes Floyd's compubox and he'd throw more punches than Martin did tonight .

Fights aren't won on who throws the most punches. If that were the case, whoever has the best stamina and who could feather-dust the best would be the GOAT. Even if Lopez threw more punches, fights are scored on clean and effective punching. That would go to Martin, who dropped Lopez twice and landed the harder punches.

And Mayweather was a low volume fighter, I don't know where you come up with him being a prime Manny Pacquaio or Antonio Margarito when it came to throwing punches.

Teo got skills and he showed a lot of heart against Loma, but that seems to be his last hurrah. He knocked out some bums (including Commey) before that but that's it. Them boys at 140 is different animals. They can take his shots and put some hurt on his ass. I don't think that he will ever get to the top of 140. Not going against the present champions. He might win a vacant title from a designated loser but that's it.

I'm not saying fights are won by who throws the most punches. But there probably is something to be said for that if you're coming out of a fight throwing that few , the judges probably aren't going to see it your way . Just me kind of saying he should have put more effort into the performance. And one of the main ways he could have done that was throwing more punches .

I didn't say Floyd was Pacquiao or Margarito . Quite the opposite, I agree he was a low volume fighter. Which is why I made the comparison. Even though Floyd is a low volume fighter, he still would throw more punches in his fights than Martin did tonight.
