Team Algieri make rookie mistake heading into fight (video)

It's good that he believes in himself when no one else does, but a part of him has to know that his mom wouldn't bet on him.

 

He doesn't care. He is making beaucoup money, becoming famous and having a great time. He knows he is going to lose and will probably learn from fighting an all time great and be back in the hunt for a title in a year or two. The dude basically won the lottery.

 

I agree Algeiri EARNED!! this chance & I think he'll make the most of it.
He'll get exposure on the big stage , earn a great paycheck & who knows he could perform a miracle. I don't think he'll win but he'll give a good account of himself

I dont think Pacquiao is even bothering with studying how Algieri fights.

Its like Brazil studying how Northern Ireland plays in soccer.

The next time Algieri is on camera after the fight, it will probably be with 2 Chinese girls
