Canelo's the draw. Hopkins held the WBC,WBA and IBF when he fought ODLH. Oscar only had the WBO and got over twice the money Bernard did. Maybe the fact he's mandatory might get him a bigger percentage but I doubt it

 

I don't think that he's getting his way, he is just getting what's right. He will have to accept the short money but he can take his frustrations out on Canelo in the ring for that.

 

I could not give less of a **** about a bad split for Golovkin. If Canelo agrees to defend the Lineal Middleweight Championship at 160, the onus is on Team GGG; they need Canelo more than he needs them. GGG is passing his prime without ever having fought anybody. He is the one needs to step up if the weight is right. In terms of split, sadly, GGG is not yet at the place he can sell a PPV; 90/10 in favor of Canelo would be fair and well worth the risk for Golovkin.
