The fight Pac had at WW was against Oscar and Pac moved up TWO weight divisions ( pretty much 3 as he had only ONE fight at LW ) Cotto was a champion and it was a big move up in class from an old ODLH ( who chased Pac not the other way round )
Pac tried moving up a little against Matg hence the 150 limit ( yeah it should not of been for a belt ) and he said after the fight he will not fight at JMW EVER. If Cotto wants to fight Pac and avenge his loss he will have to do 147 or not at all. REALLY THAT SIMPLE.
