Is it really an excuse if GGG is contracted to have his fights in America on HBO?

…..Floyd is champ at 154 :patsch

GGG would be coming down just 6lbs to challenge him where he's champ.

Its like apples and oranges. They are different sizes.

PBF is a welterweight, GGG is a middleweight.

It would be a pointless fight, like GGG vs Ward.

This would be Canelo vs Floyd all over.

GGG would look like death warmed up.

Smaller faster fighters like Manny and Bradley will give Floyd bigger problems.

The most key word in your statement is, "IF", which makes it pure conjecture based on nothing. Especially when you factor in the reality that to date GGG hasn't been in the ring and performed against anyone remotely approaching the level of Mayweather.

*****s don't have to worry though as both are contracted to fight on different networks.

    LOL.

GGG couldn't even beat Arthur Abraham and we're supposed to believe he could beat Mayweather.

*****s don't have to worry because it'll never happen, but if ggg asked hbo to let him take this 1 fight, it'd be in their interests to let him.

but look around the forum. *****s ain't happy anyway.

Bruh GGG is a very exciting prospect but he was not a Champ for 4 years. He has been an Interim Titlist since 10" I believe and just got elevated to the actual WBA Champ last year. Just like Lara is the Interim WBA JMW Titlist and Mayweather is the true WBA Champ it's a good note but call it what it is.

As far as the matchup Floyd is 37 past prime WW/JMW GGG is a prime yet unproven MW. GGG may end up as high as LHW Floyd might fight at JMW so clearly GGG should win skillwise Floyd is probably still all around better but the power difference might be too much.
As a fan really the only point of him fighting any MW is for the real title (Lineal) GGG although the most exciting MW hasn't proven himself to be the best ducking or not. Back in the PBF days in his 1st weight SFW Frietas and Casamayor ducked Mayweather he still managed to fight Hernandez and Corrales.

Golovkin shoukd take note of Floyd your crying at GGG having to fight the Undisputed Champ Ward at his 2nd weight when Floyd moved up and beat the Undisputed LW Champ(Castillo) twice in his first two fights in a 2nd weightclass.
