Career shift to being the rebel bad guy...? Has anybody really bombarded Canelo with trash talk? I don't think so. This seems his first time experiencing it. And not that he's getting truly verbally assaulted, just maybe more so than ever before? Golovkin has said some negative things in his "smiley baby faced happy happy all the time" sort of way and Abel definitely has so that's probably it. Great fight, very glad it's happening, but talk about two camps and a beef that I just am not into at all.
That's incredibly rich coming from the man that was blatantly using PEDs and is still as arrogant as ever. I really go hope GGG does a number on Canelo this time round. I remember him being respectful to Canelo, as if to not "ruin the kid" for Golden Boy. Maybe he lashed at him and talked the big game at some points and I missed it.
Agreed. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. He has so much to lose in this fight he is paranoid. That's why he talks so much.
