take a look a the current amateur rankings ull see many italians there nr the top esp the at higher weights
No offence but that is **** talk the reason the Italians pulled out was because Dominico Valentino was beaten by two very good boxers who would beat anyone in the world,in any country.Even after they pulled out the Italian team received a print out of the scoring and of each of the two nights the three Italian judges had Irish boxers ahead and the two Irish judges had Valentino ahead.Yeah thats what I call real bias.Langer:hi:
What was Clemente Russo like.A mate of mine beat him in Ireland (4-2) He didnt even try to box.All he trys to do is unsettle boxers and push and pull them.He then had the cheek to say my mate is not good enough to be in same ring and thats the second time he beat him.
Russo has got to be one of the most irritating guys in amateur boxing. On the original topic, Italy has been a stronger force than US in amateur boxing for a while now. Shouldnt really be a surprise.
Where do you guys go to find out about amateur rankings and to keep up with what's going on in the amateurs?
Jordan Shimell, the USA 91kg, did pretty good this time although the score was like 9-2. Russo is just a spoiler. He "fights" like a ****ing octopus.
