Team Joshua have received a huge site offer from Saudi Arabia to host an undisputed fight against the winner of Fury vs Wilder 2.
The offer would likely break all boxing records. A sum of money so significant that it can make arch rivals negotiate a fast deal...
Are we finally going to get this trio of tops heavies to settle this stuff once and for all?

The problem was never money, it was always the split.

No matter how much is on the table, the other side couldnt part knowing that they walked home with the significantly smaller share.

But this shows that there is crazy amounts of money at HW now. More expose means boxing is only going to even more popular

Eddie Hearn said in the video interview mentioning the offer that he'd probably have to offer the winner of Wilder-Fury a 50-50 split in order to get them to sign.

So, after all the years of wrangling, if Wilder gets the 50-50 split he's always wanted, it'll happen.

    That's how many mega fights at heavyweights eventually happened. 50-50. Ali-Frazier I & II. Ali-Foreman. Holmes-Cooney. Etc.

Wilder will be ready by the end of February, when he finishes off Fury.

Joshua fought like two weeks after Wilder and he doesn't even have his next fight scheduled yet, but he has to fight Pulev and Usyk. Neither Pulev or Usyk is as dangerous as Fury.

I don't know why he couldn't fight one of them by March.

Joshua will likely have to pay step-aside fees to make a unification happen at this point, or the unification fight may not happen until December or next year.

Either way, Wilder won't be the hold up. His schedule will be free in about four weeks.

You can have 50/50 but the fights taking place in Saudi. Hearn is the clown that keeps on giving.

Seems the Saudis need positive propaganda, so they will pay any price to make this happen. Good for us boxing fans.

I'll give Joshua and Hearn all the credit in the world if they accept 50/50 without any weird contractual terms. This is the first time I've been at all optimistic, but:

    1) Wilder is no better than 50/50 to beat Fury; and
    2) There's a reported trilogy already in place.

So, a lot still has to happen, including Joshua disposing of Pulev as well.

I wouldn't worry about the third fight happening this year.

If Wilder knocks out Fury, Tyson isn't going to want a third fight this year. It took him more than a year to get back in the ring after their last fight.

And, if Fury should win, he'll dump the WBC belt rather than be told who and when to fight next. He'll put the WBC strap in the trophy case with his IBF, WBO and WBA belts, take the Ring belt and go do his thing.

We may see them fight three times. Their styles and personalities mesh well. But I don't think it'll happen this year.

Probably after Wilder wins all the belts. Then they'll have a rubber match.

That said, I'm looking forward to Fight 2. Another classic on the way.

Huh? This post makes zero sense. Fury vs Wilder was always going to happen ealry this year. You really think AJ could had singed a deal with one of them? And why would AJ have to pay a step aside fee when his fight in Pulev is only going to happen right March? And then the winner of Fury v Wilder face him in say August?

The Saudi`s have the most cash for a bidding war on the site of this potential clash.

I would accept Joshua Vs Wilder in Saudi, but Joshua Vs Fury outside the UK is a massive slap in the face.

My point being that there is no way Deontay Wilder would travel to Saudi, not while he still has his WBC belt anyway. Fury would, but he would never allow Hearn to call the shots IF he has the WBC.

Wilder defended his title two months ago. He's fighting the #1 guy next month.

Joshua defended his title two weeks after Wilder. Both Joshua and Ruiz knew the winner had to fight Pulev. How long of a training camp does Joshua need to prepare for freaking Pulev?

How long of a recovery does Joshua need from the waltz in December?
