no. Khan has no control over sacking people, he has an opinion, but it comes down to his father. The only reason Khan gave to sacking of Ariza was down to salary/money.

This is a business and like all businesses you may hate your co-workers or subordinates and think they are filth but if they get the job done, and make you money you will keep them on board...That how it is in my business...I have a guy that works for me one of the biggest pricks to ever walk the face of the earth but as an employee, work ethic, and ability to provide results he is unmatched, and does a damn good job at it. When 5 o clock hits he goes home to continue being an *******...8:30am to 5:00pm he is all business..(great employee, great worker, the best one I have of staff here)

This is a business and if the long run Ariza will get the results, and get the job done he will be around regardless of his mouth and antics.
