Haye wants to save the division? Plz save us from Haye.

 

Both Klitschko's would love to batter Haye, they don't like him, will make big money from him and will take his WBA strap. Haye can avoid them with his WBA belt defences. I for one think Haye will take a Klitschko on, when a dangerous mandatory challenger comes along for the WBA title and there is knowhere left to go.

 

Am I missing something here? These graphs don't seem to reveal anything extraordinary.

The term "duck" is saved for those who never have an intention of fighting a guy (Bowe). Tactical is more a word for Haye and I repeat, for those in the cheap seats, Haye will fight them and he'll more than likely lose.

Anyone who doesn't blindly love and support everything Wlad does gets labeled a Haye fan. They all assume you are driven by an infatuation with one man because that is 100% where THEY are coming from.

Davo the best thing that could happen is for Hayes/Klitschkos teams to produce projected figures from an accountant for what both would bring to the table so these idiots would shut the hell up.

 

That would be great. Haye has been surprisingly forthcoming with specific info about the negotiations but who knows how true it all is. Personally I think the impartial info that we have out there in the media, some of which I have posted repeatedly, supports his story and so that's why I back him on that point. If someone can show me evidence that Wlad generates as much cash as Haye I will say 50-50 is fair. As things stand it seems Haye brings in much more money than Wlad and so deserves a bigger split.

I don't see why these fools feel the need to keep creating threads like this. We know why the fight isn't happening and it has nothing to do with fear, just business.

 

Wlad has a very weak resume and has never come close to beating a great fighter in the ring so the fanatics feel the need to depricate guys like Lewis to build him up. Wlad can't elevate himself to ATG status so they decide to bring everyone down to his level. It's become an unfortunately standard move on their part but facts are facts, greats are greats, and Wlad will always just be Wald.

Not so sure about that, if he holds onto the belts for a few more years he might be fondly remembered in years to come. Unfortunately the same might be said of his brother despite his biggest achievement being a loss with a caved in face.

It's not so much WALDO that's the problem here - if it weren't for him then the division would stink even more than it does. It's the ******ed fan-boys that think one set of rules apply to the Klits and the same rules don't apply to their predecessors....it's been going on for years and it's nuts. The excuses for WALDOS losses being the prime example of hypocrisy

 

I disagree on his status in history but I see where you're coming from. I believe Wlad lacks the style and marquee wins to go down in history. People rag on Marciano and he's got multiple HOF-ers on his resume. Wlad will have very little to show.

Personally I belive Vitali has always been the better fighter and I think he put on aa much better showing against a true ATG than Wlad ever could have.

I agree that Wlad isn't the problem with the division. The problem is that the division is so poor that a very good, but not great, fighter like Wlad has been able to dominate it for so long.

Its now boring for me to try and talk to these brick wall fanatics about subjective things like ATG status, but when they start talking about ducking I have to say something. When all the evidence supports the other guys position and all they have is their man's word, you would think they would STFU for once.
