I can't believe I forgot they were actually two brothers. Yes, it would be more profitable assuming Haye wins. But... I actually doubt the last sentence because the Klits will offer a rematch my brother in the original contract with a 50-50 money split in that fight as well. So I don't think Haye would get to dictate the terms of the contract. But that fight would be huge money wise if that happened.

That sounds the fairest in my view. If they require a rematch clause than I think Haye has an argument for the UK pot. Assume he wins, he won't be able to negotiate the second fight with the brother then.

This is why Haye and Mayweather are a disgrace to boxing. They care only about money...

Nah, i just thought Klits appeared a few times on british TV being interviewed (or whatever it was) and said 'ugly things' about 'pride of england'.

...and who gives a **** whether ppl can tell them apart or not. The thing that is crucial is everybody knows that there are two mofos who beat crap out of anybody they face. Dont try to persuade me british ppl dont know that there are two more champions apart from Haye...

Under no circumstances should Haye make more money than Vitali :bart

I doubt he is to be quite honest.

Also, if his negotiation was to demand all of the income from countries where he perceived himself to be the bigger draw, he'd never get a fight again!

I'd say that was pretty important. A good promotional strategy would be to make sure people know who you are.

The general British public are aware they exist but I wouldnt be suprised if they weren't sure who was champ.

Do you think the fact Haye was happy to go ahead with a three fight deal, is an indication he isn't scared or ducking, mate? I know the fight didn't happen, but I'm sure if Setanta hadn't gone out of business, Haye would have had no problems going ahead with the fight. Most people conveniantly ignore the fact he moved heaven and earth to make the fight the first time, including accepting the most unfair contract I've ever personally seen.

That's also assuming Haye's injury wasn't legit. Wlad threatened to sue if Haye didn't prove it and, as we know, there's never been a lawsuit.

For everyone who thinks that Haye is bringing in the lions share of PPV money you must be joking. He will be accounting for most of England's PPV. In the USA, if I stopped 50 people on the street and asked them who David Haye is I would get 0 correct answers, unless I was standing outside of a boxing gym. Vitali is HUGE in Germany, Austria, Russia, Ukraine, he is a global name....an ACTUAL celebrity.

How did you get a copy of the contract?

So if Pacquiao moved up to fight, say, Pirog, do you think Pirog would deserve 50%? I think he'd jump at the chance of 20-30%. Rightly so, as he would bring in less than 5% of the money, probably.

Many sources have confirmed this, even from the Klitschko camp. CHEF on ESB included.

And yet HBO / Showtime won't touch him with a shitty stick. If they pick this one up (with the associated PPV) it won't be because of Vitali.
