He's the same size as Pac more or less. At every stage of their age, 18, 25, 30, they were the same size. Only difference is Pac dared to be great by jumping 3 weight divisions in a year to fight Oscar.

Since Loma is of ATG material, I'm holding him to the same standards.

Apparently ducking a fighter who doesn't even fight at 140 now, and hasn't fought there in almost a decade.

I guess I don't see the weightclasses as a barrier. To me, weight class is arbitrary, like why 135? Why not 136, or 138? At HW it certainly does become arbitrary, specially in Jack Dempseys and Mike Tysons era.

Of course you can't get silly with it, but with Loma, there's a precedent for what he's being asked to do. The greats did it, Duran did it, Pac did it, Armstrong did it, Floyd did it (pushed himself to 154 for ODLH).

The only thing dumb here is you calling something dumb.

    2+2 = 4.

Ye you calling that dumb doesn't make it untrue either. Learn to debate like an adult.

ARe you seriously this clueless? FlIVd went from 147lbs to 154 to fight an old nearly shot DlH. Youre asking a guy who has been at 126-130lbs most of his early career to jump 10lbs after one fight at 135 to fight a guy who has fought at 154 and the better part of the last 10 years at 147?!!! Are you listening to the absolute nonsense you are spewing right now? Why would anyone on this forum with an ounce of boxing knowledge ever take anything you say seriously after this idiocy? You obviously are a Loma hater, fine i get it. You hate him. GEt over it.

You obviously lack boxing knowledge or logic in general. Let me break it down for you.

    Pac - 5'6 1/2
    Loma - 5'7
When Pac was 18 he was fighting at 112lbs and became champion at the weight. By the time he was 24 he was fighting 126. By the time he was 26 he was fighting 130lb.
When Loma was 24, he was fighting at 126, by the time hes 28 he's fighting 130lb.

So same height, same weight classes through the years, yet they're different sizes.

Want to know why they fight in different weight classes? Because one man decided to jump a couple of weight classes to fight ODLH at 147.

"OMG I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE ASKING A MAN TO JUMP 17LBS IN 1 YEAR TO FIGHT A FORMER MW!!?!?!" - says a ******.

My point is, Pac is the same size as Loma, he's at a higher weight class because he chose to be, and now hes heavier naturally because he's older. However, Pac made that same leap, the same age as Loma is now.

But ye, you're a moron who lacks logic so what you gonna do.

Of course, you can always just call people dumb. I prefer to step it up, You're ******ed.

Wow...I feel so much smarter after saying that.

Mikey Garcia said it best... Whether you fight Pacquiao at 135, 140, or 147, it's the "same guy" because Pacquiao would be the same size on fight night at any weight.

If pac wanted this fight he should have shown some chinks in his armor, signs of diminished skills, speed, stamina.

But no he had to go out and stop the machine. looking like the old manny in the process.

Hell no loma is not going in there, learned that lesson from a old shop worn salido.

Stop trying to set loma up for failure.
