I expected nothing more from a cheating scum parasite from mexico, I hope he ends up broke after spending all that 6 mil take a dive money by arum

 

Elie recieves too much ****, in my opinion. Sure he comes across as a clueless nuthugger most of the time, but he at least gets us inside footage which others can't. I applaud him for exposing Margarito, Garcia and Rios as the despicable pricks they are.

Oh definitely...can't complain about that. When granted an interview, or being invited into a boxing camp...there is always going to be a bit of ass kissing, otherwise you won't get the interview. But usually once the interviewer satisfies the obligation of the ass kissing, they can then move onto trickier questions...that's how I see it anyway, but Elie doesn't do that.

That's because he's not a good reporter/interviewer. He's just a passionate sports fan, that doesn't know what to do with awesome opportunity that's landed in his lap. Seriously, it baffles me how a idiot like him has won the awards he has. He must have a top guy pulling strings for him.

 

He's very passionate, you can't fault him on that. Every boxer he interviews he seems to be their biggest fan...then he interviews said boxers opponent, and he seems to be their biggest fan. Like you said, he must have a very persuasive person above him to land him these opportunities.

 

What's laughable in this thread is/are the people complaining of people complaining.

lot of negative comments and he feels that it can tarnish garcia image.

Arum has got to be THE best promoter i've seen in awhile.
