You don't know what was negotiated or what was in the contract. You keep bringing up this USADA point when you don't know what the facts are.

The blood testing was a ploy from the beginning. Floyd does not want to fight Pacquiao. If the blood testing terms still aren't agreeable, why didn't he say anything about it? He's just "on vacation"? 1-2 year retirement? The guy is ducking the fight. Pac likely called his bluff, and Floyd showed his vagina.
