    The problem with Mayweather promotions is they never worked hard to make the fight. It was easy to say USADA or no USADA. They booted out Golden Boy to get their 60/40 share. Ok, they got it. Pac even dismissed his litigation so the fight can happen. What has the Mayweathers done to make the fight happen? No negotiation excuse? That is BS.

    Mayweather never wanted the fight to begin with. It all shows.

    maybe they were trying to negotiate but pedtard didnt and wouodnt take drug testing to the day befre the fight.

    then again t goes both ways but we wont know, mayweather will have his own prees confernce when he is ready

    i dont know why the fans expect that he owes them something when he is his own man, not owned like pac

    Gotta another one, YUP another Zombie from the Pretty Boy's Mindless brigade. This is like playing Left4Dead. If there was no negotiations going on why didn't the Pretty One just state that in the first place? Why did it take 48 hours to come up with this LAME LIE??? Why the STRICT SILENCE about what was being negotiated? BECAUSE THERE WERE NEGOTIATIONS GOING ON, Ellerbe used the HBO go between as a RED HERRING and it seems the ZOMBIES have TAKEN the bait.

    How to kill a Zombie? Rule 1: Even though Zombies are MINDLESS, it is important to first kill the brain first. They can't think for themselves, but they are on auto pilot. Remember go for their brain...it's the weakest part on them. :happy

    Dude it is fine to crack on someone's English, but here you are with bad capitalization, misplaced commas, missing auxiliary verbs, and run on sentences.

    May he who is without sin cast the first stone...

    I deal with contracts and the offer/counter offer dance between lenders and borrowers, buyer and seller, for a living. Once a buying question gets asked (how much, when, where, etc...) negotiations are started. A quote is merely a starting point. I know that. My clients know that. Anybody who has bought a car or house knows that.

    Thats how I feel, I mean for these two dudes to rob us paying fans of a historic fight really rubbed me the wrong way...I wont stop watching them fight because they're some good boxers but as far as me paying for another PPV, I just cant do it because they didnt give me what I want (a simple ****ing fight)

    FFS they did this about two weeks ago. Ellerbe came out while Bob Arum was running his mouth and said no negotiations was taking place.:patsch

    What he said today is just repeating that statement from two weeks ago:deal

    However everybody keeps asking why didn't team mayweather say something:huh

    What has Ellerbe got to do with negotiations?

    Ellerbe = Buboy (massage boys)
    Floyd = Pac (fighters - one is a duck by the way)
    Haymon = Arum (promoters)

    Did you ever think that Buboy can claim something that Arum has been negotiating about? No!

    I want your house for a dollar.

    Why should he? He ALREADY said there were no negotiations. Morons like you with weak mental fortitude need the truth constantly repeated to you or you feel unsure of yourself and begin to stray. Funny how reality seems to always bend toward the alleged "*****s".

    Zombies. You are like a chick who watches Twilight. You need constant reinforcement.

    Oh and by the way we have been in "negotiations" to buy your house right? :yep

    He may not have spoken directly to any one from Mayweather's team, but he has maintained contact with them through the intermediary of Greenburg. Now in this day and age (mobile phones, online blogs, tweets etc), chinese whispers are hardly a threat! Don't be naive in thinking there wasn't a strong link of communication between the two sides, and that Team Mayweather were completely oblivious to what was going on.

    This comment from two weeks ago, do you know where I can find this?

    These new negotiations stretch back longer than a couple of weeks ago, and they did involve GBP:

    "Of course, obviously it has been a difficult negotiation, for many reasons. But now, we are very, very close in finalizing these contracts. Its been complicated but both fighters realize that this fight needs to be made. It has to be made because the fans want this fight and it is the biggest fight in the world, for the boxing world. Its going to be a super big fight. I think we are really, really close in finalizing those contracts. I obviously cannot talk about the negotiations, but we are very close."

    pac stans are really something. these idiots are now asking "but why so long for a comment" first thing. picture yourself in floyds shoes, you had a fight 2 months ago and you are on vacation at the moment. this means you are ENJOYING your rest. you have fully taken yourself away from boxing to enjoy your family & vacation. why would mayweather TAKE himself from his vacation just to battle with arum & pacfarts? that kind of thing can mess your vacation up. u don't wanna worry about boxing at the moment. you want to enjoy your vacation!!! arum putting a timeline while mayweather was on vacation is foolish. and he did it without even trying to actually negotiate. which is even more crazy. i know why he did that though, so that he can make the margo fight without the media attacking pac lolol backfiiired.

    Sorry LastQuark. But ellerbe is the CEO of Mayweather Promotions.:deal

    When people ask PBF about fights, he regularly says, "Ask Leonard Ellerbe and Al Haymon"

    When has anyone from team Pac said ask Buboy

    That's what guys like Ellerbe are there for!

    (Unless of course Ellerbe is on vacation with him)
