Man, this fight is about as simple as it gets:

1: Floyd fights once a year. Everyone knows it. He don't like paying tax.

2: Floyd offered the fight to Manny, tried to bully him a bit, and he walked out

3: Floyd fought Mosely instead

4: 2011, Floyd fights Pacquiao and gets the exact deal he wanted in the first place
