It’s really not that big a deal, this is getting quite pathetic gentlemen. There are much more egregious mishaps that take place in the ring when compared to this, he wasn’t stopping Wilder. Move on

I wouldn’t wanna see a rematch. I’m not a Wilder fan but I think in this situation a rematch favours the younger fitter hungrier fighter with the momentum.

Ortiz is old...how much did that fight take out of him? He was clearly gassed in was it the 8th? when he let Wilder clear the fuzz for a round when he should of been pressing the fight.

No reason to believe Ortiz will get to him quicker in a rematch especially as Wilder now has the confidence and knows exactly what to expect.

I know it was good fight bet I believe we are passed it and there are better fights to come in a very dynamic HW scene right now.

It’s certainly good for the health of boxers I’m just saying it could hurt a fighters chances of pulling off a knockout. But that wasn’t the case here, Ortiz didn’t rush him at all. he just took his time allowing wilder to get his sh*t together, the dr. Looking at wilder for 10 seconds did make a difference.
