He was saying that because Floyd is willing to do it, that Pac should be.

That is based on the assumption that it would have an exactly equal effect on the two fighters.

As we have already heard from Team Pacquio, it would not have the exact same effect.

So I used a clear example to demonstrate how both fighters doing the exact same thing could be expected to effect them both very differently.

I guess you have to appreciate logic to understand this, rather than most people who just assume they do.

Pacquiao has said he's OK with it as long as it's not close to the fight, Roach and Koncz have shared the same sentiments.

Hell Arum would give them unlimited testings if its done by Nevada Commission.

"But if the Nevada Commission was doing it, then we would agree to do as many tests as they wanted to do -- urine and blood -- up to a certain date to be agreed upon," said Arum.

"The Nevada Commission will do it appropriately. That's terrific," said Arum. "In other words, we wouldn't limit it to a certain number of tests because we know that the Nevada Commission won't harass the fighters. "

He's basically saying that if they use what Arum is suggesting and that Pacquiao comes in positive then he'll get paid $10 million dollars for penalty. Obviously he's going to refuse it because he's adamant on the USADA testing.
