Don't get me wrong, I am totally against a Cotto rematch. But it seems surprising to me, that they had two opportunities pre/post Cotto-Mayweather to rematch Cotto. The terms are simple: 154 10oz gloves Normal sized ring What's so difficult about complying to those reasonable asks?

For the dude to go to 154 and wear 10 oz gloves is crazy. Floyd has more flexibility in which weight class he can fight at due to him being a naturally bigger guy. Even Floyd doesn't look exceptional at 154. I think Pacquiao is smaller than what he is listed at and Floyd is bigger than what he is listed at. Pacquiao's probably really only 5' 5" and Floyd's probably really around 5' 9".
As opposed to 144 , no wait 146 , no 144 oh it doesnt matter ill pay the difference. The top two fighters on the planet set the rules. They also pay their opponents more than they can get anywhere else. Also explain a normal sized ring?
