The purpose of the athletic commissions are to set rules for fighters who want to fight in their state. A commission doesn't get in the weeds on the stipulations in the contract as long as their rules are met. If the contract adds to the athletic commissions rules ( ie. $10m per pound, gloves, ring, drug testing) fine. Its when the stipulations do not meet the commissions rules thats where they step in. Say the 10 oz gloves vs the 8 oz gloves was the hiccup, the NSAC would not step in b/c they could care less. ring size too. The only reason they are "stepping in" is because of the cluster **** this has turned into. This is their opportunity to act like an enforcer even though they are crooked.

if tim smith wont reveall the source, it makes one suspicious if he is on the take from GB.

if he names the source, he's accountable. tim smith could have made this up.

Uh, reporters do not reveal anonymous sources because they can be used again in the future... Why rat someone out if you can have an inside track on another breaking story? This is common practice in journalism. Go ahead and google it.

They're concerned about the results being against them?, how shocking. I thought they would celebrate instead.

Here's the answer for that bull****.

It's included in the official court documents submitted by Pacquiao's legal counsel for the case.
