I thought those pics of oscar were photoshopped, but i now realize he likes to live the zesty life(undercover)

 

Has it ever been confirmed that that is in fact Oscar in the pics? In some pics, it looks unmistakably Oscar, but others, just a guy who looks a lot like Oscar

 

I had only seen about 2 of those pics.Now that i see the others there no mistaking, thats gotta be him.Either that or someone is a photoshop master with alot of time on hand.
