From the hype of the fight:

"Despite trainer Freddie Roach and promoter Bob Arum declaring no need for a catchweight in Manny Pacquiao's upcoming March 13th welterweight title defense against Joshua Clottey, apparently there's been a change of plans. According to Pacquiao's lawyer, Jeng Gacal, the WBO champion will indeed request his challenger to meet him at a weight south of the 147-pound limit. "We will push for the 145 [lbs.] catchweight," he would tell ABS-CBN as he revealed the deal is virtually done except for the matter of the weight."

Does anyone else think there are too many chiefs in Manny's camp? Seriously, all he needs is Roach and a lawyer to read his contracts.

Care? Why don't you just wait until the fight is signed then you can sling all the mud you want?

I'm not a mudslinger, I consider myself a Pacquiao fan.

However, how can a camp be this disorganized?

I'd love for Clottey to say no.

I dunno, I just wouldn't be running around exclaiming why oh why on the word of a lawyer. It's obvious someone is making a mistake.

It's just getting tiring with Pacquiao always requiring guys to drain themselves to fight him.

Everyone would be better off if Manny fired Koncz and Gacal. I have no idea how these two leeches have stayed employed.
