    People are talking more since Higgins has been making a muppet of himself, regardless of how Hearn reacts WAY more people are talking about Parker which lays some foundation - for better or for worse, for the future. Higgins is also trying to make Parker look like more of a threat than he is perceived as being and realistically that is failing big time, they are definitely making themselves look like a bunch of cowboys.

    At this rate, they will be holding a press conference next week demanding 30%.

    Another couple of weeks and Hearn could get the fight at 20%, which is what they originally claimed he offered.
