First, there's no ducking. Second, None of Wilder's opponents would be a TOP5 opponent for Povetkin.

Povetkin beat Perez, Chambers, Takam, Huck, Chagaev, Byrd. You can try and marginilize all those names but his resume ****s on Wilder's.

Povetkin's resume is head and shoulders above any heavyweight has ever done in the last decade, barring K bros and now Fury.

Povetkin's first 14 fights, where he claimed the IBF #1 spot back then...is above anything Wilder has done

I would not be surprised if Povetkin knocked Wilder out as quick as he did Perez. Perez is a 50-50 vs Wilder.

Plenty of people did but if you think Huck won, well plenty of people thought that way as well so you're entitled to your opinion.

But I think when you take it all into account, it's not as bad or as relevent. Now, although he was kind of cheated against Wlad, for me that fight is what makes me doubt him in the Wilder fight.

Apart from Huck. The face first easy to hit cruiser weight brawler. You must have forgotten about him?

Povetkin looks like a chubby Chucky.

I won't rule out Wilder's team trying to fight Martin for the IBF belt next and avoiding Povetkin.

Oh I really hope this happens soon, Wilder may be more confident and generally more sorted than he was when he got the title but Povetkin is definitely favourite for me - Wilder would get heavily punished for some of his things he normally does.

Give me a break. Stiverne and Spzilka are better than Wach and Perez and Takam ... all those guys you listed for Povetkin.

    Hell, even Duhaupas beat Charr.

If Povetkin had beaten Stiverne and knocked out Spzilka and Duhaupas ... and Wilder was fighting Charr and Wach ... you'd be praising Povetkin and mocking Wilder.

Also, if Wilder got a gift decision against Marco Huck ... and then got the living hell beat out of him by Wlad ...

While Povetkin went to England and wasted Harrison in a round and left Liakhovich twitching on the floor in one round and left Scott frozen on the deck in one round ...

... you'd be praising Povetkin as the greatest fighter alive today and dismissing Wilder as shot.

Take off the blinders. Povetkin could've had this fight in September. He could've had it in January. He's been pushing this fight off since last May.

Wilder is going to knock Povetkin out "of the sport." Shasha will be crawling around on the floor looking for his teeth.
