Quigg needs both his trainer and his promoter to talk him up. This tells me that it is HE not Frampton who is the shaky one here....

Just read the link, and some of it makes sense, but its not very well written, and very biased.

Quigg has played the gentleman since the very first time this fight was mentioned, and prior to the fight being made, both were respectful and modest in each others company.

Since the fight was signed, Frampton seems to have contracted a severe superiority complex, and a sense of self entitlement, that didn't exist before.

Still a 50/50 fight imo, with each man having certain advantages over the other.

Deep down i don't think Framptons that bad a fella, but i'd love to see him taken out, just to shut up the circus around him.

    May the best man win.

Quigg hasn't really said anything he just shuts up and gets on with it like always. Frampton has started to believe the ****e that comes out of Barry's mouth and it's making a guy that was once likeable not so likeable. You would think his last fight would have humbled him a bit

All the guff is coming from the Quigg side.

(not so much from Scott himself - no surprise there. We must remember that Scott is limited both verbally and pugilistically)

Gallagher & Hearn are really talking up a storm on Quiggs behalf.
This may backfire badly on poor Scott.
A fighter shouldn't have his team writing cheques with their mouths that he cant cash with his fists!

I totally agree, their mind games are comical. If there was any chance of Frampton losing his cool and getting dragged into a toe-to-toe fight, there's no chance now after Gallagher and Quigg's war of words. More likely to have the opposite effect. It's human nature: 'Oh, they think I'll lose my cool, okay I'll show them how cool and clinical I can be' kinda thing.

Of course there is that. But as has already been stated frampton is starting to get emotionaly invoved (negativly). This could impact his performance on the night if he doesnt start getying a grip on himself.
