Its obvious to anyone who follows boxing that Quigg is a good boxer and fair puncher. But only a complete moron would think that Quigg 'normally' ko's opponents in the second round- even ordinary ones. The Kiko fight was a fluke, pure and simple.
Incredibly bad luck for Kiko - incredibly good luck for Quigg. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think fluke is a bit harsh. It's not like he slipped and accidentally threw a punch

Neither of them are knocking opponents out cold but both can dig. I would say quigg is a devastating body puncher but I don't think he's laying frampton out to the head it's more accumulative

Well ok - it wasnt THAT much of a fluke, agreed. :p

But 99/100 times it wouldnt have happened, admit it.

(and it wont against Frampton either!) :thumbsup:thumbsup

    Here Kiko explains everything:

He clearly rates Frampton above Quigg - better boxer and harder puncher!

    Kiko's sour.

I could show you countless video's where a beaten fighter says the same sort of drivel.

If Kiko does rate frampton higher and it isn't just bitterness there's no way it's based on his time in the ring he didn't get enough time with quigg to form an opinion it would have to be based on what he's seen of him. Everyone's entitled to their opinion though and if he thinks frampton is the better man he's one of the only guys who's shared the ring with both

I think he is talking about Quigg overall, rather than just the 1/12 rounds they boxed. For example his point about 'Quigg standing in front of you' - Quigg never stood in front of Kiko when they fought => Scott was in full scale retreat until the very second he landed the 'Hail Mary'.

Kiko is by far the best man to comment on this fight, no doubt. His opinion carries weight.

Yeh I agree it's just weather his opinion is tainted by bitterness but not long now until we find out. You've got to ask if quigg just stands in front of you and is easy to hit why he couldn't do it.....
