Team Ward: We want Kessler after Froch.

Ward already dominated kessler

 

People have been hating on Ward and discrediting his win saying he only beat Kessler because he fought at home and was dirty. I disagree, Ward is just a bad matchup for Kessler.

naw you don't have to do that Ward. Fight Bute instead and let Dirrell fight Kessler and then you 2 can fight

 

He also beat the brakes off him and displayed much more skill than kessler!

 

lol at Team Ward saying Bute should fight Dirrell, they didn't.

winner of the super 6 has to fight bute - then he has nothing left to prove at SMW and can have big fight at home against Kessler.

After that I expect Froch will honor Pascal's wishes and move up to LHW to give him a re-match.

 

That is good news!! If Kessler takes the title away from stieglietz and Ward wins the S6 there will be 3 belts on the line.... Hopefully it won´t take place in Oracle arena again.
Kessler fought a terrible fight the first time,and Ward did well... I think a rematch will be a LOT closer... REALLY good news.

Anyway - it should be in Copenhagen this time. Ward needs exposure outside of the US because right now he is no draw anywhere eventhough he is in the S6 final.

If he thinks he can win - then go to copenhagen. Fly over the Atlantic and lets see if any success he has had is not only dirty tricks and stay at home?

Stylistically Ward is bad for Kessler... but so much more reason for Ward to fight away in this fight. It will give him some credit he needs.

A rematch with Kessler?!?! Thats gotta be the lousiest stalling excuse to duck Bute...

The Ward camp wants to see how Bute does against comparable caliber, so they have a better way to gauge and prepare for him. I believe Ward will fight Bute in time, but obviously they'll take every measure to prepare a "sure" victory...

 

Funny I just watched this fight again today. Ward was not that dirty with the head, but definatly fought a roughhouse fight. He shoulder charged Kessler alot after he d thrown his shots. Put the forearm and head in Kesslers face inside. Kidney punched. Wrestled alot.

I dont know if he thinks he can fight that type of fight against Froch. Closing the distance, pushing him on the back foot. Maybe he does? Maybe He willl try and deny Froch room to get his shots off.

Youd think he d want to use superior speed and movement to win on the outside. But I suppose he could use these tactics to take Froch out of his stride and limit his offence.

 

Ward would kick the dog**** out of Kessler even worse this time. Usually I would say it's a waste of time. However, since so many people want to complain about the headbutts, a rematch seems in order.
