Where did Peterson say it's 150 ? it's such a clear and blatant lie . Williams weighed 157 for the Kolle and Wright fights and 153.5 for the Phillips fight. maybe he swallowed a lot of water before the weigh-ins to look formidable .
Williams should fight Pavlik or shut-up mundine who claims he's avoided. sturm will also be an easy option and will give williams a belt at 160. at 154 no one wants him . a mayorga fight can be intersting (remember forrest ?) , mosley also interesting and can be made anywhere between 147 and 154 (at least according to Peterson) , but i don't think mosley want this (he lost to forrest twice and to wright twice , so of course he'll lose to williams , but mosley knows all of this himself so he'll find the excuse/way-out).
Maybe Hopkins will agree to fight Dawson if he'd lose a close one to Johnson or fight Johnson if he wins a close one against Dawson.
Or maybe he'll want to claim another belt (at 200) , but not by fighting Adamek/Guillermo Jones/Fragomeni (too dangerous) - by fighting the winner of Huck/Ramirez (WBO). it will look good on his resume/'legacy'

however , I will be glad to see him rematch Tarver - this is much more interresting than hopkins/jones at this stage of jones' career/health.
I will also be glad seeing him fighting (and losing to) Dawson , but i know that there is no chance for this.

I think its a fair deal either way.

Williams is a freak of nature and would himself be fighting out of his weight.

Hopkins has made a habit of getting smaller men up to the weight he wants so they can fight so maybe he should be the one to make a few sacrifices to make the fight happen.
