I do have to agree though Cellz Haymon has proven to be the best manager around. Good thing Goldenboy has all his best fighters because they seem to partner up good and make the best fights possible. Once Arum is gone, I believe boxing will take a massive turn for the better. GBP will control alot of more the biggest talent and therefore will pit the best vs the best.

 

Well Dubeof isn't a ******. He also isn't as vindictive as his father in law so that's something. Personally if I was GBP the second Arum croaks, a few months later or so I would offer a boat load of cash to the Arum clan for Top Rank, merge the rosters. That would give them most of the top 10 in every division.

 

Hell yeah merging the rosters would be the best thing to happen to boxing.

The only way that one team having all the fighters would be bad if it was Al who got everyone, since he does not match his fighters against one another.

 

i was just going to leave it alone and let all you *****s figure it out yourself but it may take a while for some and some may not be able to.

the best thing that would happen to boxing is for a unified sanctioning body, 1 champ/div, rules in place so that there's a ranking system would be fair and can't be manipulated and the champ can't duck it's mandatory.

merging the 2 biggest promotional oufit together decreases/lessen competition. they can just make the fight that they want, pay the fighter what they want.

 

We're talking plausible scenarios here dong. Not sure what you guys dream up over at Pacland but Arum dying and Oscar buying up some of TR's roster seems a bit more plausible than a Unified Sanctioning Commission yes?
