Today Mogens Palle talked to the danish media again. He says, that he had a preliminary deal with HBO about a Kessler fight on march 14th, but he is disappointed because HBO still haven't found an opponent for Kessler. He states that Hopkins has definitely said no, although a LOT of money was offered. He also says, that his biggest hope is Taylor-Kessler, and that HBO didn't want Taylor-Froch, but they maybe wanted Taylor-Wright, but Taylor backed out of that, which (in Palles opinion) only leaves Taylor-Kessler... -I will not translate all Mogens Palles swearing in danish about HBO from the article...
Kessler is very funny and HBO also...What about Abraham and Bute. Those two guys would beat most of those americans boxer !!!
Hopkins needs to fight Kessler if he ever wants a rematch with Joe Calzghe it's obvious.He needs to prove that he can take him like Joe did otherwise ,he can forget it. By the by I'm a big fan of Kessler great skills,strength and he has a fair bit of humility too.Cool geezer He'd have a chance against Hopkins
