Tyson utilized - his jab, out jabbing Klitchko to the head and body significantly. - fury slipped jabs counter and countered effectively to the body with his right hook. This is another punch that one him the rounds. It is also a punch I expected povetkin to use before wlad exposed him. - fury also utilized his left uppercut in a bolo fashion also utilizing his southpaw stance. Several times fury caught wlad with akward left bolos. - wlad seemed to worry about furys reach by the time he was caught in round eleven by furys two left hooks. Klitchko not seeing these punches coming signify either a long standing weakness or a recent deterioration of skill. - wlad had success in round 12 when he let his hands go. This is what he needs to do in order to win the rematch but mentally he has shown he isn't willing to do that.
If you look at the stats for the fight, it's clear that Tyson didn't do a whole lot either. He just did more than the guy in front of him so he won. It's also possible that the success Wlad did have in round 12 will give him the mentality to know what he should and can do in the rematch. I actually think and hope that both guys will do more in the rematch. I can see both guys wanting to prove something still. Neither looked like a real heavyweight force in there.
