    Technicaly Pacquiao should beat Dela Hoya. I think this was mentioned on another thread buh its true. If pacquiao is P4P 1* and Dela Hoya is P4P 28* and they meet in the same weight division, shouldn't pacquiao beat him senseless??

    I base my P4P rankings on how well fighters are doing in their respective weight class, not by how competitive they would be at higher weights.
