I actually didn't have any personal commentary on this fight, but still wanted 2 bring it up, cuz y else? I wanted know what u guys thought! It was a tough fight all the way, but a repetitive one that lasted all the way into the 14th, and the fight was stopped in the corner cuz McCormick was cut badly.
My only comment is that I'm glad you watched a fight in which Ted Kid Lewis turned in a good performance before passing judgment on his ability. The Carpentier fight was an aberration. Georges outweighed him something awful. The Kid's ambitions were bigger than his physical stature could handle. But then, I'm sure he was well paid according to the standard of the time.
