    There are no great fighters today. Canelo and Ward have the best claim to coming close to being great.

    Gennady Gennadyevich Golovkin is a very good fighter and would be a contender in any era but he is not an ATG in either talent or especially resume.

    I was taken in by the hype back when he was demolishing the Monroe's and Macklin's of the world but as soon as stepped up his competition (Jacobs) the cracks began to show and he demonstrated his true ATG level when he was befuddled by Canelo another very good fighter who would be a contender in any era but who showed his true ATG level when he was schooled by a 36 year old Floyd Mayweather (a guy who started his career at 130).
