Povetkin has a glass jaw and Atlas has a shattered mind.

Should be a loss for Povetking, but hey, the maf has to eat too you know. So watch the ebb and flow of the odds.

Why do you think Povetkin has a glass jaw? :huh He's undefeated as a pro. Does anyone know how many times he's been down as a pro?

I hope povetkin wins only because it would be another decent win for wlad.

Teddy and Povetkin will prove all the doubters wrong. He is perfect coach to go learn how to defeat Klitchkos.

It just takes some time and that is why he didn’t challenge Wlad right away

Povetikin has really wasted the last year or two but he has a chance to make up for a lot of that against Chagaev. I'd still rate Chagaev as a top 10 heavyweight and a win for Povetkin puts him right back at the top of the heavyweight ratings behind Wlad and Vitali.

Hopefully Povetkin doesn't go and win the title and defend it for the next several years against guys like Mormeck, a shot Holyfield, a shot Rahman, Meehan, etc. I suppose he'd defend his title a time or two against those guys but Povetkin really needs to face Wlad or atelast Vitali, Haye, Chambers, etc in one of his next several fights. Of course a win by Chagaev could really put Povetkin's career in the toilet.

Whoever wrote that obviously has no editor, and has done no editing himself. He must've had the equivalent of Teddy Atlas as his english and grammar professor.

It's "beck and call" for crying out loud, not "beckon call". Not that that's the only mistake, but good grief. A guy who is publishing his articles on the internet shouldn't be this bad.

That is exactly what he should do if he wants any longevity in the sport as a title holder

If you mean by beating up old fighters and such than yeah, he'd probably have a pretty long run. I can see him defending it a time or even two against a Rahman and then a Mormeck type opponent but by this time next year I really hope Povetkin faces another top 5 type of heavyweight. There's a number of good fights for him even if he doesn't want anything to do with Wlad, which is the exact fight I'd personally like to see him take.
