Teddy seems like an OK dude, I just wish I didn't have to listen to him if I want to hear whats going on in the ring when I watch ESPN.

I don't fault him for being opinionated, hes a boxing fan of course he is opinionated. He just is way too repetitive sometimes.

I used to like Atlas a lot as a commentator, but he's become more unhinged over the years. He still does good work with his charitable foundation, but his ****ysis has gone off the rails.

People like him and Charles Barkley like to say that they're truth tellers and all. However, he's just giving his opinion (albeit in a loud manner). He's entitled to his opinion, but sometimes he's plain wrong and attributes corruption to a situation where there's just a difference in opinion.

He's clearly biased during fights. He was totally pro-Mora during the Han fight. It was a close fight, hardly the 117-110 tally he produced. He hates Caleb Truax and Wladimir Klitschko.

I'm wondering how he'll conduct himself now that Al Haymon will be buying time on ESPN2. Atlas was one of the select few journalists that were selected to attend the PBC press conference in New York. How will he respond when one of Haymon's guys gets a gift decision? Will he opine with the same vociferousness that he does with robberies of past?

It's funny that Atlas likes to call for a national commission, but doesn't complain that Al Haymon appears to be in conflict with the Ali Act.

That is where he is being HONEST!! Boxing is riddled with corruption & Teddy exposes it. They said boxing was corrupt in the 50's with the mob running it But its just as bad if not worse today the crooks don't even have to try & hide it.
Some of the judging decisions & refereeing performances are blatantly corrupt. Whats done about it ?? NOTHING!!!
No wonder kids are getting into football, baseball & basketball Because in boxing the champ is not always the best boxer but he has the best connections:patsch:patsch

YES!!! If Teddy sees an injustice he'll be all over it no matter who it is. Its true people have different opinions & can understand close fights being controversial but when you see the robberies & blatant official corruption that have happened that is WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He does not expose it, he sometimes even manufactures it, any close decision,, any call by a ref, is an excuse to go into his act.

He's awfully full of himself, and views himself as rather more intellectual than he actually appears to be. But he's passionate, and the guy knows boxing, no doubt.
